RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on fusedhawaii.me for return or exchange. Items must include the attached price tickets and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
Please note: After 14 days we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. For online orders, the window for returns and exchanges will be determined by the delivery date of the shipped items.

All product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items/packages, must be reported within 7 days of the shipping date.

If we receive your return at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment.

Please Note: Items Marked FINAL SALE will not be refunded or exchanged.

We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
